Physical education resources - Well, even if you hate playing sports or doing some exercises, it is important to be physically fit.  Physical fitness is vital for a person's physical, emotional and mental health.  Proper nutrition is also critical to maintaining a healthy body, especially for children as their bones and muscles continue to grow and develop.  Exercise is vital for healthy bodies and core strength.  When we do exercise, it reduces stress and promotes good sleep habits as well.  In other words, along with eating a balanced and healthy diet, getting plenty of exercises is the key to getting physically fit, mind, and body plus spirit.
